At Aditya Desai Chaudhary, every garment is commissioned and crafted exclusively for the individual client. As each piece is made to order, delivery timelines vary depending on the complexity of the commission, fabric availability, and the stage of the bespoke process.

Production Time

Production begins once your commission has been confirmed and all design details have been finalised.

Estimated production times are as follows:

• Bespoke Shirts: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Bespoke Trousers: Approximately 5–7 weeks

• Two-Piece Bespoke Suits: Approximately 8–12 weeks

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on seasonal demand, fabric sourcing, and the number of fittings required.

Shipping

Once your commission is complete, it will be carefully inspected, pressed, and packaged before dispatch.

We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners. Shipping options and charges will be confirmed during the commissioning process or at checkout where applicable.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking information, where available.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by courier services are outside our control and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before confirming your commission. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or amend the delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
